Its intense and impenetrable garnet red color fuses notes of red fruit, sweet cocoa, tobacco, and licorice on the nose. In the mouth, it is extraordinary for its power, compactness, and smoothness, enhanced by velvety and creamy tannins. Excellent with aged cheeses, red meats, and meat stews.

Farming system

Training on low espalier and "candelabra" pruning system

Grape refrigeration

The freshly harvested grapes are immediately refrigerated in a cold room at 10° C.

Winemaking

Fermentation in maceration in vats at a controlled temperature at 16/22°C for approximately 15 days.

Refinement

Aging in oak tonneaux for approximately 36 months and, once bottled, it rests in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.

Service temperature

Serve at 20°C.
