With its garnet red color, it blends spicy notes of pepper, red fruit, and sweet cocoa on the nose. In the mouth, it’s enhanced by velvety and creamy tannins. Excellent with aged cheeses and grilled meats.

Farming system

Training on low espalier and "candelabra" pruning system

Grape refrigeration

The freshly harvested grapes are immediately refrigerated in a cold room at 10° C.

Winemaking

Fermentation in maceration in vats at a controlled temperature at 16/22°C for approximately 15 days.

Refinement

Affinamento in tonneaux di Rovere per circa 24 mesi e, una volta imbottigliato, riposa in bottiglia per minimo 12 mesi

Service temperature

Serve at 20°C.
