With its garnet red color, it blends spicy notes of pepper, red fruit, and sweet cocoa on the nose. In the mouth, it's enhanced by velvety and creamy tannins. Excellent with aged cheeses and grilled meats.
With a ruby red colour, notes of red berry fruit emerge on the nose, cherry in particular, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and with soft tannins. Of great versatility, we prefer it with medium-aged cheeses, roast meats and, with a few degrees less temperature, with grilled fish.
